Jorgensen Enterprises, LLC, formerly incepted in 2020, was created to provide a platform of multi-level communication and procurement compliance services, achieved via professional experience and a thorough understanding of New Jersey State public contract laws and regulations. Jorgensen Enterprises, LLC (JE) combines a well-established knowledge base with the ability to discern opportunities where others see problems.

Working with JE, one can anticipate cost effective project management solutions, market captivating ad copy, useful organizational reforms, ethical contract awards, and a new paradigm of public sector scrivener services.

Leadership with ethics is among the main ingredients of any JE business recipe. James J. Jorgensen is the proprietor of Jorgensen Enterprises, LLC.  Prior to re-entering the public sector, Jorgensen was an accomplished marketing professional and advertising director. His proficiency in writing helped many brand messages to effectively reach their target audience.

Jorgensen is a proven multi-tasker: best illustrated when he earned a Master of Science in Management from Thomas Edison State University, with a concentration in Public Administration and Leadership in less than one year, which was achieved during full-time employment as a county-level procurement director and compliance officer, along with part-time teaching responsibilities at a renowned state university, and professional association executive leadership activities, and Jorgensen still managed to enjoy a respectable amount of quality family time. 

Jorgensen’s governmental credibility is based on nearly twenty years of ethical public sector service wherein he provided expert procurement and compliance leadership for county, city, and township level governmental entities. His record of public sector achievement was further illustrated by a chapter of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP), a professional association wherein his peer group demonstrated their trust and respect in him when they elected him as President of NIGP, Chapter 7, (the Northern New Jersey chapter). Jorgensen first served as Vice-President from 2008-2010 and then served as President from 2010-2018 and
again from 2022-2024. Chapter 7 members recognized his service on their behalf during the years 2010 through 2018 and presented Jorgensen with the plaque below (which hangs over his desk).





Jorgensen was presented with a 2015 County Service Award by the New Jersey Association of Counties (NJAC), for exemplary services beyond the call of his duties.

He later received a proclamation of gratitude for services rendered as the Essex County Liaison to the Borough of Caldwell, signed unanimously by Caldwell Borough's Mayor and Council members. This was an unexpected honor.
